Together, we’ll discover your unique dosha (mind-body type) and craft a fully personalised plan designed to gently guide you back to a state of vibrant health and harmony. During your session, you’ll receive clear, actionable steps, and to help you integrate these changes, you may also be emailed helpful diet or other information sheets after your consultation. These sheets are a fantastic way to quickly reference some of the key insights discussed during your appointment.
