Emma also offers private couples sound journeys in Brighton, created for partners or close friends who want to slow down, reconnect and rest together. These intimate sound bath sessions support nervous system regulation, grounding and shared presence. Ideal for Valentine’s Day, anniversaries, pre-conception, emotional resets or simply time together.
For couples’ sound journeys, I intentionally work with sound bowls, chimes and gentle percussion to create a slower, deeper, grounding soundscape that invites stillness, connection and nervous system regulation. This offering does not include a harp.
Sessions take place at a suitable Brighton venue. When harp is included, sessions are held at a peaceful space in Seven Dials in Brighton.
A soundbath is a deeply relaxing experience where sound and vibration are used to support the nervous system. Participants usually lie down comfortably while instruments such as gongs, bowls, chimes and where appropriate harp is played.
No effort is required – simply rest and recieve.
Emma creates a safe and nurturing space where sound becomes medicine for the mind, body and soul.
Through the soothing vibrations of gongs, sound bowls, chimes, gentle percussion, and other instruments, these group sound baths support deep relaxation and grounding.
Sound and vibration help calm the nervous system, ease stress and create a shared sense of connection – without pressure or performance. Each session includes time to settle and arrive, an immersive sound journey, and gentle grounding at the end.
This is a slower, more nourishing alternative to high-energy group activities.
